Sober(ish) Non-Alcoholic Candy Corn Jello Shots

Hey spooky sisters! Ready to take your Halloween party up a notch without the hangover? Try our Sober(ish) Non-Alcoholic Candy Corn Jello Shots! Non-Alcoholic Candy Corn Jello Shots

Ingredients:

Yellow Layer:

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz) package of lemon-flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 cup ice

Orange Layer:

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz) package of orange-flavored gelatin mix
  • I cup of ice

White Layer:

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 (.25 oz) envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • .5 ml Sober(ish) Drops per cup 😅

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Yellow Layer:

    • Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin mix in 1 cup boiling water.
    • Stir in 1 cup of ice until fully mixed.
    • Pour into shot glasses, filling each about 1/3 of the way.
    • Refrigerate until set, about 20 to 30 minutes.

  2. Prepare Orange Layer:

    • Dissolve orange-flavored gelatin mix in 1 cup boiling water.
    • Add 1 cup of ice cubes to cool the mixture down slightly and stir until melted.
    • Gently pour over the set yellow layer, filling the glasses another 1/3 of the way.
    • Refrigerate until set, about 20 to 30 minutes.

  3. Prepare White Layer:

    • Dissolve unflavored gelatin in a 2 tablespoons of warm water in a small bowl.
    • In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk with 1/2 cup boiling water.
    • Add the dissolved gelatin mixture to the sweetened condensed milk mixture and stir well.
    • Gently pour over the set orange layer, filling the glasses to the top.
    • Add 0.5 ml Sober(ish) Drops per cup you’d like to “infuse” and stir gently until fully mixed.
    • Refrigerate until fully set, at least 1 hour.

  4. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Once fully set, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a candy corn piece for garnish if desired.
    • Serve chilled and enjoy the festive, alcohol-free treat!

  5. NOTE: I made a total of 8 Sober(ish) options and the rest non infused for the kids. To distinguish the “adult versions” I added a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice to the top. 🎃
