I am an insomniac and stress causes that (for me). The last 3 days, I've slept about 5 hours total and my lower back aches so I'm never comfortable. Last night, I put one bottle of Sleep in my juice: I didn't pass out but after about 2 hours, I felt relaxed. I actually dozed off without alcohol and the TV. And my back didn't ache!!!! I slept 6 hours.
