Ready to get your fall vibes on with a delicious, boozy-free Pumpkin Spice Martini Mocktail? This one's got all the cozy feels without any of the regrets. Whether you're serving yourself or a whole crew, we've got you covered. Let's dive into this fall goodness!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) half & half
  • 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup coconut milk, almond milk, or regular milk (your choice! You may need more. Taste and add to your liking)
  • 8 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (for rimming the glasses)
  • 2 teaspoons caramel sauce (or use maple syrup or honey if you prefer)
  • No ice (unless you want to serve right away, you can add to the shaker to chill everything before serving)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base:

    • In a large shaker or mixing bowl, combine the half & half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and your choice of coconut milk, almond milk, or regular milk.
  2. Store
    • In a clean wine or large olive oil bottle with lid, to store in your refrigerator. This should be good for at least one week in your fridge.

Serve:

  1. Prep the Martini Glasses:

    • Prepare 4 martini glasses by rubbing the rims with caramel sauce. If you prefer, you can also use maple syrup or honey. Dip the rims into graham cracker crumbs to coat them.
  2. Serve & Garnish:

    • Add N/A Rum, Vanilla Vodka, or Soberish Drops (for a buzz without the booze) to a shake with Pumpkin Spice Martini base you made ^^^. You can also serve this as is without anything added.
    • Optionally, sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top, or add a cinnamon stick for that extra fall flair.
  3. Enjoy!

    • Serve immediately and let the cozy fall vibes take over!
