CBD? THC?.. WTH?

If you're wondering what the heck the Giggle Grass is all about, don't worry-- I got you! OR if you are in the market for mushroom elixirs, Kavas, Ketohol drinks or some other random product you've never heard of... I can help there too!

Last year I was fueled by curiosity and a desire for a buzz without the booze. I embarked on the Sober(ish) path, armed with questions and a quest for answers that seemed daunting to say the least.

That is why I launched Sober(ish)- we're all about sharing the highs and lows (figuratively, of course) of the sober journey.

It's time to laugh, learn, and maybe even discover a new favorite way to catch a buzz that doesn't involve a hangover.

Cheers to Adulting AF (alcohol free),

Frequently asked question

If you are uncertain of your tolerance of THC and CBD, we recommend you start low and slowly work your way up until you reach your desired effect. Beginners are good to start at 2.5mg of THC and most say that amount should give you a nice wine-like buzz.

Federal THC rules: Federally, any drink containing OVER 0.3% THC typically isn't in Uncle Sam's good books. This amount is the boundary line for legality.

State-specific regulations: However, the real plot twist comes with state laws. Each state hosts its own legal extravaganza, setting unique rules for THC levels in consumable products. We have some helpful info here but we always recommend checking with your local state website for most up to date info.

Stay in the know: Keeping an eye on the THC content in your drinks and staying updated on your state's regulations is like having your own legal guidebook for this THC adventure.

So, here's the lowdown: Hemp and marijuana are like cousins in the cannabis family. The catch? Marijuana is federally illegal, while hemp is federally legal. Both have THC, but here's the kicker – hemp's THC has to stay under 0.3% dry weight to keep it legit.
