I take a Relief gummy at the end of the day when it's been a tough one, and it helps me get through the evening.
By the time I get in bed I'm relaxed enough to drift off to sleep. It takes the edge off as I'm struggling to get the last things crossed my list of to-dos.
The Energy gummy is pleasant, but I didn't find it energizing. The lack of dye is a big plus. The flavor's very nice.
