If you are uncertain of your tolerance of THC and CBD, we recommend you start low and slowly work your way up until you reach your desired effect. Beginners are good to start with one 1ml dropper full and most say that amount should give you a nice wine-like buzz.

How does the buzz compare to gummies & THC tinctures?
You will feel the effects of the Sober(ish) Spirits a lot faster than you do THC gummies. Let me explain:
Sober(ish) Spirits, being water-soluble, are absorbed by the body faster—typically between 5-20 minutes. Most people feel the effects within 15 minutes, though it can take up to an hour for some people. A beverage high generally lasts about an hour to 90 minutes. This is perfect if you are hanging out with friends and want to have a second beverage.
Gummies are typically oil based and have to hit your digestive system before they are absorbed into your bloodstream. This can take up to 1-2 hours before you start feeling effects.
What should I mix the spirit in?
