I've only used these a few times around lunchtime, and I have not experienced my normal 3:00 slump. I don't feel jazzed up and I don't feel tired- perfect! However, the taste is.... gross. I don't need them to taste great if they are effective, but it is a negative.

I sometimes have difficulty staying focused during the work day especially when doing certain tasks (like reports). So when I start feeling like I'm starting to lose focus and just want to drop what I'm doing, I take a gummy and then I'm good to go and finish what I'm supposed to be working on.
